Based on steering wheel angle and vehicle

speed, adaptive HID headlamps (part of the

available Premium Package) turn in the same

direction as Lincoln MKX – rotating 7° inboard

and 15° outboard. This simple swiveling action

makes more roadway visible around a curve.

Included in the available Premium Package,

rain-sensing wipers look for evidence

of moisture on the windshield, telling the

wipers when to wipe, and how quickly.

With 5 sensitivity settings, they speed

up or slow down depending on the amount

of moisture. Or, if you prefer, you can exit

rain-sense mode and simply use the

HI and LO speed settings.

Included as part of the available

Premium Package, heated rear

outboard seats offer 2 levels of

warmth – and are activated by

the touch of a button.
